Documents for accounting and payroll accounting reach companies in different ways nowadays. Many invoices are being sent via e-mail, several arrive by mail and some documents can be downloaded on portals.
Just that hybrid system of hard copy documents, e-mail attachments, and documents in folders is confusing and bears the risk of losing information. Therefore, we are focusing on a changeover to only digital accounting. Every receipt is recorded digitally and integrated into the accounting system via our software.
Our central interface with our clients is the client portal, a web-based communication platform in a secure system. The client portal ensures a secure exchange of data, documents, messages, invoices and reports. For this, you only need a computer with access to the Internet; various features can also be used from mobile devices – therefore you are independent of time and place.
Receipts of restaurants or postage for example should ideally be photographed with your mobile phone and uploaded to the client portal. Your advantage here is that you can quickly find your receipts later on with the help of the search function.
Via the client portal, you are also able to enter various data of the payroll accounting (e.g. pre-recording entries), financial accounting or statement of revenues and expenditures (e.g. cash account book). These can be adopted into our accounting system.
